Very.  You may have heard that implants should typically be replaced every 10 years.  This is derived from statistical data based on implants which were implanted 10 years ago.  And as you can imagine, the technology is always improving.  Folds and wrinkles in the implant don't do it any favours, usually contributing to early failure.
