This might be yet another good option for those of you more than a little concerned with the trade-offs with saving a few dollars to travel somewhere unfamiliar. Basically a one-stop shop which sells medical tourism vacations to Thailand. Check out the Testimonials if you're looking for some warm fuzzies. Convenient if you live in Australia or New Zealand, but they certainly seem to cater to Americans/Canadians as well.
