A: There presently don't exist any breast implant manufacturers which make that size of implant. Even if they did, you'd be hard pressed to find a surgeon to implant them. Besides, to get to that size you would probably have to already have somewhere in the neighbourhood of 8000cc implants. That being the case, you would very likely already know where to find the implants and the surgeon.
